Job Summary
REQUIREMENTS
- Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
- Strong administration background and experience
- Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Thorough knowledge of sales administration processes
- Sound decision making and good business judgment
- Positive attitude, attention to detail.
- Sound computer skills & experience
- Must have experience working on an ERP system
- Experience using SAP, highly advantageous
- Own transport preferable
DUTIES
Internal Sales Orders
- Answer customer calls, build good relationships and assist with queries
- Process all incoming customer sales orders, customer invoices and credit notes
- Co-ordinate with customers regarding sales orders and the sales team
- Arrange for collection or shipment of customer orders
- Co-ordinate with finance to ensure customers are loaded correctly in ERP system
- Data capture customer details into the companies CRM system
- Support customers with any quality claims and ensure the correct management is notified.
- General sales administration
- Control and manage the filing of PODs (Proof of Delivery)
Assistance for Production Team
- Co-ordinate with production to produce required products
- Issue production orders to production
- Capturing time entries for production
- Capture production orders once complete
General
- Control of branch petty cash
- Manage the filing system of all sales and production paperwork
- Dealing with clients with colleagues with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
